TERMS & CONDITIONS

Oban Kids Thrive CIC

Participation

All children must have a completed consent form before participating in activities.

For parent-supervised sessions, parents/carers remain responsible for their child’s behaviour and wellbeing.

For supported/drop-off sessions, children remain under the supervision of Oban Kids Thrive staff during the session.


Safety

All participants must follow safety instructions provided by staff.

Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the activity.


Liability

Oban Kids Thrive CIC holds Public Liability Insurance.

We take all reasonable steps to provide a safe environment. However, participation in physical activities carries some inherent risk.


Behaviour

Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.

Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in a participant being asked to leave.


Photography

Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes where consent has been provided.


Cancellations

Event details and dates may change due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons.
